About
Having lived in other countries during my early career, and after co-leading a two-year expedition through Africa, I returned to the UK and worked at the Department of Health in national roles, before moving into live media publishing alongside my sound healing work. Following a sudden illness in 2020, I stepped away from mainstream career pathways to focus on healing - both personally and professionally.
After over two decades as a healing practitioner, I now serve as an accredited tutor and local groups co-ordinator at the UK College of Sound Healing. All of my work is inspired by nature, lived experience, and the ways people respond to both. I create and curate immersive, nature-based experiences, with a particular interest in environmental psychology and the creation of safe, supportive spaces.
Today, I offer my combined personal and professional experience as a healing arts practitioner, wellbeing specialist, and nature-based facilitator to clients around the world. Central to all my work is the awareness that nature, sound, and the human body all exist in states of vibration - something that connects us, and offers a powerful and accessible pathway into balance and wellbeing.
